The LD Footwear distributors follow these rules: ·
They must have
stock for two months sale. ·
The distributors
then do a proper planning to assure that they do not break their stock ·
Do not sale only
under a received orders basis ·
It is not mandatory
for the distributors to pay the boots and the rest of the dance footwear with
their orders to LD Footwear (Barcelona). ·
LD Footwear does
not support that its distributors force the customers to pay when ordering in
those cases that they have not the
goods in stock. The exception to this rule are the orders of suede boots and
special colour leather boots. ·
When ordering by
mail, telephone, fax, email, etc … the customer will pay when the goods are
ready to be shipped. ·
The distributors
sale the product visiting the dance clubs in their area, and attending the
festivals and other events with an “LD stand” ·
The distributor
advertises clearly and properly its condition of LD Footwear Distributor. ·
They are authorized
to use the LD Logo ·
Their web site
cannot lead to misunderstandings and cannot include an internet shop for the
LD Footwear goods. Only the Cities in Line web site is authorized to it.
Los distribuidores LD Footwear siguen estas reglas: ·
Tiene
stock para la venta de dos meses ·
Los
distribuidores hacen una planificación adecuada para asegurar que no rompen
stock ·
No
venden sólo bajo pedido ·
Los
distribuidores no deben pagar por adelantado sus pedidos de botas o de otro
calzado de baile a LD Footwear (Barcelona). ·
LD
Footwear no apoya que sus distribuidores obliguen a los clientes a pagar la
mercancía con el pedido, en aquellos casos en que el distribuidor no tiene el
producto en stock. La excepción es a esta regla son los pedidos de botas de
piel girada y de colores especiales. ·
En
los pedidos por correo, teléfono, fax, email, etc .. el cliente pagará cuando
la mercancía esté lista para ser despachada. ·
Los
distribuidores realizan su venta por visita a los clubs de baile, y
asistiendo a Festivales u otros eventos con un “Stand LD” ·
El
distribuidor hace la publicidad clara y correcta exhibiendo su condición de
“Distribuidor de LD Footwear” ·
Están
autorizados a utilizar el logo LD Footwear ·
Su
web no puede llevar a confusión y no puede incluir una tienda por internet
para los productos “LD Footwear”. Sólo la web de Cities in Line está
autorizada a este respecto

Ils doivent avoir le stock pour la vente de deux mois. ·
Les distributeurs
font alors une planification appropriée d'assurer qu'ils ne cassent pas leur
stock ·
Ne font pas de vente seulement sous une base de commande reçue ·
Ce n'est pas obligatoire pour les distributeurs de payer par
avant les bottes et le reste de la chaussure de danse avec leurs ordres à LD
Footwear (Barcelone). ·
LD Footwear ne soutient pas ces ses distributeurs forcent les
clients de payer en commandant, dans le cas qu'ils n'ont pas les marchandises
dans le stock L'exception à cette règle est les ordres de bottes de cuir
suédé et des bottes en cuir de couleur spécial. ·
En commandant par le courrier, le téléphone, le fax, l'email,
etc … le client payera quand les marchandises sont prêtes à être expédiées. ·
Les distributeurs vente le produit visitant les clubs de danse
dans leur secteur et avec la présence dans festivals et d'autres événements
avec un "Stand LD " ·
le distributeur doit faire de la publicité claire et correcte de
sa condition de Distributeur de LD Footwear. ·
Ils sont autorisés à utiliser le Logo LD ·
Leur site Web ne peut pas mener aux malentendus et ne peut pas
inclure un magasin d'Internet pour les marchandises de LD Footwear. Seulement le site web de Cities in Line
est autorisées. |

The LD Footwear “SEIZING POINTS” follow these rules: ·
They have stock
only of one sizing ranges of boots. ·
They must sale under a received orders basis ·
It is not mandatory
for the “Seizers” to pay the boots and
the rest of the dance footwear with their orders to LD Footwear (Barcelona). ·
The “Seizers” may ask the customers for a deposit when
ordering. ·
When ordering by

The “Seizers” sale

dans leur secteur ·
Le “Essayeurs” doit faire de la publicité claire et correcte de sa
condition de “Essayeur” de LD Footwear. ·
Ils sont autorisés à utiliser le Logo LD ·
Leur site Web ne peut pas mener aux malentendus et ne peut pas
inclure un magasin d'Internet pour les marchandises de LD Footwear. Seulement le site web de Cities in Line est
